A different kind of review site.
This isn't about whether or not we like you. This isn't about whether or not we would visit your site again. This is about how you've put your site together, and how it represents your content. This is about how you write, what you write, and how the whole thing comes together.
This is about an objective reader clicking through your site and giving you a report. This is about providing a service to those who deserve it. This is not a popularity contest.
A different kind of review.
We don't have a checklist of what makes a good site. If you look at our score sheet, you'll notice we don't give points for things like guestbooks, or clix. If we like those things on one site, that doesn't mean they'll work well on another site. We're reviewing whether or not you do what you do well. At the end of the day, it's our opinion. Others may disagree. Heck, you may disagree. We aren't interested in making fun of you, or being mean. We're telling you what we think of your site, and the impression we got from it.
Real reviews:
We know that maintaining a diary involves a lot of work, a lot of love, a lot of time, and more. We respect that. We want to give you what a lot of designers and writers want after a while: an objective perspective. We will never fawn over you, nor will we condemn you to the depths of hades. We will tell you what we think and why.
